Bone Broth Benefits, Chiropractic, and a Simple Homemade Recipe
As the seasons change and temperatures drop, bone broth is one of the simplest, most nutrient-dense additions you can make to your wellness routine. Here's why Dr. Kamryn recommends it — and how to make it yourself.
Why Bone Broth Supports Your Health
Bone broth is rich in collagen, gelatin, amino acids, and minerals that support the body in ways that complement chiropractic care directly. Key benefits include better hydration, improved sleep quality, collagen and joint health support, reduced inflammation, and a healthier gut lining.
The Connection to Chiropractic Care
Bone broth can help reduce chronic inflammation associated with arthritis and joint degeneration — conditions we commonly treat at Revival Chiropractic. It also contains the building blocks for bones, muscles, cartilage, and connective tissue, which means it supports the very structures that chiropractic adjustments work to align and restore. Think of it as nutritional support for your spine.
One Caution: Heavy Metals
Some store-bought bone broths have tested positive for heavy metals. To stay safe and get the most nutritional value, Dr. Kamryn recommends making your own.
