Day 1: Discovery & Assessment
Your first visit is all about getting to know you, your body, and your goals. This foundational step allows us to create a care plan that’s tailored to your unique needs. Expect 30 minutes for this appointment.
What’s Included:
Comprehensive Health History: We listen to your story—past injuries, current concerns, lifestyle, and overall health goals.
Postural Evaluation: We assess spinal alignment, muscle imbalances, and any visible compensations.
Range of Motion Testing: Understand how your body is moving and where restrictions may lie.
Functional and Neurological Assessments: Evaluate your nervous system and movement patterns.
Goal Setting: We’ll talk through your goals—whether you want to relieve pain, improve function, or just feel better in your daily life.
X-Rays (If Needed):
If clinical indicators call for it, we’ll refer you to our trusted local partner for diagnostic spinal X-rays between visits. This helps us gain a deeper look before delivering your first adjustment.

Day 2: Results, Education & First Adjustment
On your second visit, we’ll connect the dots between your assessment findings and how you’re feeling—then begin your healing journey. Expect 30 minutes for this appointment.
What Happens:
Review of Findings: We walk you through everything we discovered during your Day 1 assessment (and X-rays if taken), in a clear and relatable way.
Customized Care Plan: Based on your needs and goals, we’ll outline how chiropractic care at Revival can help you feel and function your best.
Your First Adjustment: Get ready! You’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment, designed to meet your body exactly where it’s at.
Next Steps: We’ll discuss membership options, punch cards, insurance details, and answer any lingering questions.

Day 3: Care in Motion
This is where the real momentum begins, expect 10 to 15 minutes for each appointment. We continue with chiropractic adjustments based on the goals and plan we’ve set together. From reducing pain to improving function and nervous system communication, your care is:

How to Find Us at Revival Chiropractic
We’re located at the end of Wolff Ct—just follow the road until it dead ends. You’ll see us in the last building on the left.
Parking:
There’s plenty of parking surrounding the building. Most spots are available on the right side of the building, with a few additional spaces located directly out front as well as on the left side of the building.
Getting to Our Unit:
Once you enter the main entrance, turn left down the hallway. We’re the first door on the right (Suite 165)—you’ll see our Revival Chiropractic sign welcoming you in!
We can’t wait to meet you—our space is relaxed, easy to find, and always full of good vibes and great care.
