On-Site Chiropractic Care for Businesses
Support Your Team. Boost Productivity. Reduce Costs.
At Revival Chiropractic, we’re passionate about improving lives—one adjustment at a time. That mission extends beyond our clinic walls and into the workplace. We offer on-site chiropractic services to local businesses that want to invest in their greatest asset: their people.
Why Bring Chiropractic Care to Your Business?
Reduce Workplace Injuries
Many workplace injuries stem from repetitive strain, poor posture, and improper lifting. Chiropractic care helps prevent and manage these injuries—saving your team pain and your business money.
Lower Healthcare Costs
Regular chiropractic visits have been shown to reduce the need for expensive treatments, medications, or surgeries. Lower injury rates mean fewer claims and potentially lower insurance premiums.
Boost Productivity & Focus
Chiropractic care can help employees recover faster and miss fewer days due to musculoskeletal problems, contributing to a healthier, more reliable workforce.
Reduce Absenteeism
When employees feel better, they work better. Chiropractic care relieves common issues like back pain, headaches, and joint stiffness, helping your team stay focused, energized, and engaged.
Improve Employee Morale & Retention
Enhance Ergonomics & Injury Prevention
Offering wellness services shows your team you care. It helps create a positive work culture where employees feel valued, supported, and loyal to your company.
We don’t just adjust—we educate. Our services can include ergonomic assessments and workplace movement coaching to promote proper posture, lifting mechanics, and injury prevention.
The Impact of Work-Related Pain & Injuries
Cost to Employers & Businesses
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) — like back pain, neck strain, and carpal tunnel — account for nearly 1 in 3 worker injury and illness cases (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics).
The total cost of work-related injuries in the U.S. exceeds $167 billion annually (National Safety Council, 2022).
On average, employers lose $1,685 per employee annually due to pain-related absenteeism and lost productivity (CDC).
Workers with chronic pain are three times more likely to report low productivity on the job (NIOSH).
Prevalence of Work-Related Pain
Lower back pain is the #1 cause of disability worldwide and one of the most common reasons for missed work (World Health Organization).
Nearly 50% of U.S. workers report experiencing musculoskeletal pain in a typical work week (NIOSH).
Tech-related posture issues such as “Tech Neck” are on the rise, especially in office and remote workers.
Common Causes of Workplace Pain
Poor ergonomics: Long hours at desks, non-adjustable chairs, poor posture.
Repetitive motions: Typing, lifting, reaching, or operating machinery.
Prolonged standing or sitting: Affects retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and office workers alike.
Heavy lifting: Especially common in warehouse, logistics, and construction industries.
Stress: Mental stress can lead to muscle tension and exacerbate physical pain.

Frequently Asked Questions on Workplace Chiropractic Services
Is workplace chiropractic care safe?
Yes, chiropractic care is widely recognized as one of the safest, non-invasive, drug-free therapies available for musculoskeletal issues. All care is delivered by a licensed chiropractor using appropriate techniques for each individual. We use tools such as the Arthrostim and Activator for gentle, low-force adjustments when needed.
What about liability? Are we at risk?
We carry full professional malpractice and general liability insurance for all services provided on-site. Additionally, each participating employee must complete a health history form and sign a consent form prior to care. We are happy to provide documentation or certificates of insurance to your HR or risk management team.
Do employees need a referral or prior diagnosis?
No, employees can be evaluated directly by our chiropractor. We conduct a comprehensive exam before the first adjustment, including posture screening, health history, and range-of-motion testing. If further imaging (like X-rays) is required, we’ll refer out before proceeding.
How often do you visit?
Frequency is customizable — weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your team's size and needs. We’ll work with you to determine the best schedule and adjust as needed based on participation.
What do we need to provide on-site?
Very little. We bring our adjusting table, tools, and technology. All we need is a small, quiet room — like a wellness room, conference room, or private office — for set-up.
How do we measure the success of this service?
We track KPIs such as:
Employee participation and satisfaction
Reduction in reported pain or discomfort over time
Fewer missed workdays due to musculoskeletal complaints
Improved workplace morale and productivity
Optional: HR surveys or ergonomic reports to track long-term impact.
How are services billed?
Depending on the setup, services can be:
Paid directly by the company as a wellness perk
Paid by individual employees at a discounted rate
Billed through insurance if applicable and pre-approved
